Can I trust you?

First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you).

To protect your personal information, we take special precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or improperly destroyed.

Most sites only secure their "shopping cart" and everything related to the payment of orders. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.

We use Paypal and Stripe which are the references in terms of security of transactions on the Internet.

No access to your bank details is possible.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional standards generally recognized by the industry.

 

My article still hasn't arrived, is that normal?

As stated on our delivery page, our delivery times can vary from one to four weeks.

If it has been less than 5 weeks, just be patient, your item is on its way.

 

Why is delivery so long (1 to 4 weeks)?

To avoid high storage and labour costs, our goods are located abroad. This allows us to offer you items at very competitive prices while offering you a quality service.

 

There are items missing from my order, where are they?

We have a large number of suppliers. When you place an order with us, each supplier takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others slower). However if you order the same product 3 times, then they will all be in the same package.

I wish to cancel my order, is it possible?


Yes, if your package has not yet been shipped. Simply send us an e-mail and we will cancel your order and refund 100% of the amount.

  

I made a mistake in the size of an item, can I get a refund?


Unfortunately this is not possible, so be careful before placing an order.

 

I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?


Absolutely, just contact us and we will give you the procedure to follow. You have 30 days from receipt of goods. Simply return the item and we will refund you 100%. The return costs are at your expense. Upon receipt of the package, our refunds will be made from here by your bank 10 working days for PayPal payments, 15 working days for credit card payments.
